Tim from Kelly Motors West is THE BEST!!! I put in for a vehicle from them and he was busy but texted me and told me he’ll get to it the next morning. I was too impatient and purchased a vehicle at night and bought a car with problems. The next morning Tim told me I was approved with a down payment of $1,000. Well I took my whole pay check and bought that lemon which was $1900. I explained to Tim what happened and he tried hard to get me approved with no money down to no avail. I told him I was pre approved by my bank capital one and he worked it out with $500 down. I was able to get that $500 and went to pick up my vehicles. He topped it off with what I would say a present by filling my tank all the way up. Tim I’ve never dealt with such an excellent car salesman like you. You genuinely care about what you sale to a person and you make sure they are straight. Thank you so much. I WILL ALWAYS PURCHASE MY VEHICLES FROM Kelly Motors West!!!🥰

Drove 4 hours to look at this truck and he did not disappoint it was exactly what he said and his pictures did not lie if your looking for a vehicle check these guys out I found it through Facebook and told him I was coming and he was there and had everything ready and super nice I would definitely do business again

Kelly motors did a great job taking care of me and honestly It was a low pressure experience and they were willing to negotiate a little bit with me which I really appreciated and I would highly recommend if you need to get a car to definitely check them out

Just purchased a vehicle for my kid from Tim at Kelly Motors. He was very professional. Answered every question and even had a carfax ready. The vehicle needed a safety inspection still and Tim was able to get some minor repairs taken care of before we picked it up. Our experience of purchasing a vehicle from here was very easy going.

Tim was amazing to work with when I was buying my car. He took his time, didn't pressure me but listened to what I wanted and needed in order to match me with the perfect vehicle for me. We had a problem occur during the buying process that could have affected whether I bought from Kelly Auto or not. Tim handled it perfectly. I had the choice to either trust him to take care of it or walk away. I trusted him. A used car dealer. Weird, right? Best decision ever. He took care of the problem, kept me informed of progress, and followed up afterwards. I highly recommend!!
